Every  year in the cold weather common viruses flu, covid, the common cold, RSV or human metapneumovirus become active and spread, causing the respiratory flu season. 

The winter virus season this year is activating more than one virus at the same time which is causing people to become stressed and feel like strangely more is happening than is actually the case when in fact to more than one viruses are active at the same time and this is to be expected during the winter season. 

Most people have never felt like they are swallowing a razor  blade or tiny  sharp objects when they have a sore throat at the same time. Places such as the United Kingdom, Canada, and other regions with colder winter periods are also reporting a large volume of people displaying these signs and symptoms.  Cold, densely populated regions are experiencing higher rates of infection.  

Areas with a high incidence of virus transmission are schools, workplaces, shopping centers, and the public transportation system.  If you are in a colder region in the winter months, the fever is more likely to be present. The virus has no regard for separation of nations and is carried by the infected to transmit to the next host.

3. Through Surfaces:

The virus can be present on phones, computer keyboards, and tables, but can also be transferred to other surfaces where it can live for 3 or more hours. If an individual touches those surfaces, and then uses their fingers to touch their mouth or nose, they can get infected. 

4. Close Contact:

6. Yogurt:

A great tea for healing, especially if drunk warm for a sore throat, is green tea with turmeric. The golden spice offers strong healing properties.

8. Chicken, fish and other lean proteins:

1. High Fever:

Your fever gets to 103°F, does not subside within 3 days, and does not respond to over-the-counter fever-reducing medications.  

2. Difficulty of Breathing:

There is heavy breathing that is labored, stridorous, or wheezes.  

3. Extreme Pain:

Your throat is so inflamed and painful that swallowing any liquid, including your own saliva, is impossible.  

4. Severe Cough:

There is a new cough that becomes and remains productive of blood or does not respond to treatment after 7 days.  

5. Signs of Dehydration:

There is a lack of urine output, a very dry mouth, and an absence of dizziness.  

6. Confusion:
